キプロスのIAA会議に参加

１０月の３０日から１１月６日まで、年二回開催されるIAA会議のキプロス会議に参加するために出張してきた。一番の目的は自分が議長を務めるIACA会議を司会運営するためである。本番は、１１月４日の１１時から１２時半までであったが、電話会議の機械接続がホテルの電話とうまくつながらず、外国からCall Inするはずのメンバーが参加できずに終ってしまった。議決権の問題があるので、今後フォローしていく必要がある。議案は、次のとおりであった。
